On August 21, 2025, TGK Tire and Automotive Specialists proudly announced their partnership with the Minnesota State Fair as the Official Sponsor of The Big Wheel. TGK will also serve as the Day Sponsor of the Fair on Friday, August 29—bringing added fun and value to the Great Minnesota Get-Together.

Fairgoers will see TGK branding featured prominently at The Big Wheel with logos on both sides of every rider gondola, along with stand-alone banners at the entrance and exit of the attraction.

These banners will include QR codes that attendees can scan to register for giveaways and receive a $25 TGK gift certificate redeemable at any of TGK’s 25 locations.

On August 29th, TGK will present an Inflatable Hockey Game that tests your shot accuracy and speed. Meet Minnesota Hockey Star Brodie Ziemer

From 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM on August 29 at the TGK booth, stop by to meet Minnesota’s very own hockey star, Brodie Ziemer from Chaska, MN. Brodie, a Division I college standout and recent Buffalo Sabres draft pick, will be available for a meet & greet, photos, and autographs.

About the Minnesota State Fair – “The Great Minnesota Get-Together”

The Minnesota State Fair began in 1859 and has grown into one of the most iconic events in the state. Today, it runs for 12 days leading up to and including Labor Day at the fairgrounds in Falcon Heights, part of the Twin Cities. In 2025, attendance is projected to surpass 1.9 million visitors.
