Brought my car in for service, as my headlights kept going out. They were able to find the problem quickly and not overcharge me for things that I did not need. Their communication with me was great as well. Derrik kept me informed through the process. They also offer loaner cars if you need them, which is a huge plus for me. The service was professional, and friendly. I will be back and telling all my friends about you! Thank you!
The staff at TGK was very professional and helpful. I had an issue getting a brake line for one of my trucks and they were able to make me one while I waited in there clean lobby stocked with refreshments.
Great service! Great atmosphere! Evan and Karl really took care of me by listening to my concerns and having a technician test drive the vehicle several times to try to find the cause of the problem I was having. They ultimately could not find the exact problem because it was intermittent and hard to detect but at least put my mind at ease a bit knowing that the car is ok for now . I like that they reminded me of some maintenance that I was due for as I drive a lot and don't always remember these things. Also at the end of the service Evan found a light bulb that was out and replaced it for free!! Great place to go. Highly recommend!!
These guys at TGK Plymouth are awesome. I have done a lot of repairs on my vehicles with TGK Plymouth since they have opened and I have never been disappointed with the work they have done. The best part about doing business with TGK are the people that work there. They are Knowledgable, Caring and have Integrity. I have owned my own business for 40 years and have had to deal with a lot of different company's and by far they are the best company I have ever dealt with.

Brought my wifes Jaguar in for mounting of four tires. Alignment was checked and brakes checked, great job. Had Jeep in yesterday 4 new tires, Alignment, oil changed no surprises. TGK is our new shop for repairs beyond my scope. Thaks Alan. G.
Tranace, who was running the front counter, was great. She knew I was on a tight schedule and not only got me in a little sooner, but also furnished a loaner car so I could take care of other important business while the guys worked on my car. I was also very happy with the work done on the car. Good service is getting hard to find. I'll go back! Check them out! You won't be disappointed!
I just called and talked to Justin to make an appointment for my Hilander. Justin is very friendly and easy to deal with. This is my second time bringing a car for an oil change service and I can grade him as a good young man. 5 stars, he deserves it!
